Q. Where are the winners going to be printed in the newspaper?
A. Winners will be published in a the Red Deer Advocate and Red Deer Express newspapers, on the website, and at the Red Deer Regional Health Foundation Office in the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre.

A. No there is no tax receipt issued and the ticket is not tax deductible

Q. Can tickets be put in the name of a corporation or business?
A. Yes. Should the purchaser's ticket be a winner, the prize is then awarded to the corporation or business and the person who claims the prize must be able to prove they are an authorized officer of that company.

Q. What is done with customers' personal information?
A. The Red Deer Regional Health Foundation respects the personal privacy of all donors. Donor information is used to process tickets, donations, recognition programs, and for ongoing fundraising activities. We do not share our donor lists.

Q. Must the ticket purchaser and the name on the ticket be over the age of 18 years?
A. Yes

Q. How many names can be put on a ticket?
A. Tickets may be purchased by more than one person and space is provided for on the back of tickets to cover these orders. However, if a ticket stub with more than one purchaser is drawn, the licensee shall award the prize to any individual(s) whose name is listed on the "official" stub. The licensee is not responsible for any disputes, which may arise between different persons purchasing one ticket.

Q. How are prizes awarded?
A. Once draws have been completed prize letters will be mailed out within 3 weeks following the draw. The prize letter informs the winner of what they have won and where and when to pick up their prize. They must have the prize letter and picture I.D. to claim the prize. All prizes must be accepted as awarded there will be no cash substitutions.

Q. Can orders be placed from people outside the province of Alberta?
A. Any purchaser who RESIDES OUTSIDE ALBERTA BUT IS CALLING FROM WITHIN ALBERTA may purchase a ticket. The ticket can be mailed to any address (even out of Alberta).

Q. Am I entered in ALL the draws, or does my name stay out of subsequent draws if I win?
A. All entries are eligible for all draws, even if a ticket has been pulled in an earlier draw.
